Calling Distressed Assets for Buyout
Opportunities for promoters of distressed business assets
One the investors in our network is looking multiple distressed assets for 100% buyout in pharmaceuticals, automotive, manufacturing, steel and other sectors. The tickets size will be more than 100 cr. Assets under NCLT will be preferred though SARFAESI, DRT, Lok Adalat & other venues of recovery too would be given consideration. Standard assets need not apply. For SMEs, MID, Large companies the deal will be structured to ensure that the existing promoters conserve maximum value. The asset in South India may be avoided. This should be a value deal for the investor in terms return on investment after revival of the unit.
Consulting Arrangement
Apohan Corporate Consultants Pvt Ltd will be the sell side advisors to the distressed asset. A direct exclusive funding consultancy mandate from the company is a must. It can sole or joint depending upon whether the business directly contacts us or their M&A advisors contact us.
Milestone payments before success
We will charge milestone fee before success if there is no meticulously prepared internal operational documentation as well as the transaction deliverable documentations (teasers, valuation model, CIM, draft contract, etc) documentation represented by internal strategy/ finance/ legal/ corporate staff. We will only success fees only if the entire set of transaction develiverables & competent support personnel infrastructure is in place.
