Calling all stifled pioneers

Calling all stifled pioneers

Are you a rebel against the status quo?

Your answer might determine how well you thrive in this world of disruption.

Last Christmas, I developed Ross River Fever, which turned my usual energetic bounce into a hobble. Those who’ve experienced it know the debilitation: random pain and stiffness in my right foot and ankle, left jaw, both wrists, right shoulder, left knee, and hips. It took an hour each morning just to warm up my jaw enough to eat. Thankfully, I avoided the fatigue that often comes with Ross River Fever.

People warned me it would return when I was tired and stressed, year after year. Year after year, they said.

But I refused to accept that fate!

I ignored the stories of the masses and decided to shape my own future.

Have you ever had moments like that?

Stop the scattergun approach.

I did DNA and microbiome testing, hoping to find markers that could improve my health. These tests pointed to key diet changes to reduce inflammation that would create a new internal environment that made it difficult for the Ross River to reoccur.?

Getting the data was a game changer. I knew what to change and why. I got intentional. I got a plan.?

Are you throwing spaghetti at the wall with your team?

Like your health, you might be using an ad hoc strategy to develop your team.

In times where resources are scarce and focus needs protecting, uncovering the unseen in your team and knowing what to do about it can save you time, money, and team members.

Uncover where your team stands in the five elements of a successful leadership team. Learning this will save you time, money, and help you create the strategy to make the impact you desire.

After I walked through this process with a Nurse Unit Manager of a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, she said it helped her see her team’s strengths and gaps. She felt clarity and focus on what areas to develop.

She now had a name for what was happening and was ready to make a plan.

If you want this kind of peace of mind for your strategy, join our complementary Leadership Team Framework Diagnostic (see webinar details below for more info).

Have you ever taken part in an inventory that changed the direction or quality of your life?
