Calling all early-stage startups to join our launch league 2-day bootcamp.

This is a 2-day bootcamp that will cover 5 core modules and 2 sessions on how to use technology tools for business. Bootcamp material includes editable slides, worksheets, the launch league canvas and explainer videos.

The Launch League equips idea/early-stage entrepreneurs with an understanding of their business ideas as a viable and profitable solution for the market. By the end of programme, participants should be able to:

  • Articulate the business value proposition.
  • Analyse and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Identify customer segments and key channels for reaching customers and users.
  • Identify cost and revenue opportunities, how to calculate and maximise profits.
  • Better understand themselves as entrepreneurs and the resources they have to leverage.
  • Understand free tech tools that can be used to run their businesses more effectively.

The Launch League Bootcamp

The Launch League Canvas is the framework for the content and the key tools that participants will use to understand their businesses.

Launch Leaguers will fill in their canvas as they progress through the bootcamp and the content of the modules will be delivered as follows:

The Launch League starts with the two-day bootcamp, and is followed by five meet-ups.

NOTE: This opportunity is open to entrepreneurs based in Gauteng, Limpopo, Kwa-Zulu Natal (PMB) and the Northern Cape (Kimberley).
