In April, I'll be leading a group of Dedicated Coaches on a 9 month journey that gives birth to a completely new way of being, living and working.

To be successful as a professional coach (and human being) we have to develop in 3 key areas:

1. Confidence to create and HOLD onto success

Anyone can have fleeting moments. It requires much more for us to endure. We have to grow inside to meet the moment.

Every part of our lives is our training ground.

2. Gravitational Presence

We speak and pull the right kind of clients and opportunities towards us.

Through our posts, videos, comments, messages. During an overheard conversation at a coffee shop!

3. Create Radical Transformation with our clients

Most people are operating at a tiny fraction of their capabilities...including us.

They are bursting to transform!...To become who they dream of being.

To be of real service, we have to know how to guide them in the right way FOR THEM.

Push too quickly and they snap back.

Don't challenge them enough and nothing significant changes.

It has to be juuuuuuust right.

Maybe I should call this part The Goldilocks Protocol! ??

BEING, SPEAKING, COACHING

This is what we'll be working on together.

I've run this a few times and it has been incredibly meaningful.

One client created a job opportunity to coach a school of children in Thailand. The job didn't exist before he met them.

Another created her own unique coaching programmes that transformed people's lives...and she is now known for.

Another got paid ￡18,000 in a single payment that enabled her to move into her dream cottage straight away. It was many times anything she had earned before and opened up other areas of her life.

Those are the business growth aspects and there is so much more that happened! Within themselves, their families...every part of their lives was impacted in a positive way.

It's beautiful.

Then there are the bonds that got created between them.

They shared more there, than they ever had before.. supporting each other through some very difficult life challenges. They cheered each other on as they took risks and created more opportunities.

Being part of this group is like nothing you have ever experienced

It's unique, in part, because YOU are there. Each person who joins us, comes together to make it special.

I will be leading you and I'll be joining you.

One of the things I love about running a group like this, is that it requires more of me.

For this to be so good, I have to stretch myself. I need to be in active development, inside the group and out.

This is a living, breathing, evolving experience where we all grow inside, take bigger risks and being of greater service than we have ever been before.
