Call for Volunteers for DRJ Fall 2024

We're excited to invite you to be a part of our National ACP booth at the upcoming DRJ conference! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to share their personal experiences and insights about ACP Benefits with attendees through chapters across the country. Can you spare an hour of your time to help us make a difference? This is a fantastic opportunity to network with industry professionals at the conference, share your knowledge, and contribute to the success of our booth. Don't worry if you're feeling a bit unsure – we'll provide you with all the information you need in advance to feel confident and prepared. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and even a short time commitment can have a big impact. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the field, your unique perspective is valuable. Booth Scheduling Details

• Duration of Shifts: Most volunteer shifts are one hour long, with the exception of lunch periods.
• Alignment with Sessions: Shift times are designed to coincide with event sessions, allowing volunteers to participate in both their assigned duties and relevant sessions.
• Trade Floor Access: Volunteer times are scheduled to align with the hours when the trade floor is open to attendees.
• Booth Setup: A potential time for booth setup is Sunday from 12 PM to 2 PM.

• Promote ACP: Volunteers have the opportunity to introduce the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) and share their experiences with attendees at the DRJ Fall event.
• Networking Opportunities: Volunteering allows individuals to meet a variety of companies present at the Expo floor and visiting the booth.

Experience Requirements

• No Prior Experience Needed: Volunteers do not need any previous experience to participate, but can expect to have fun.
• Pre-Event Communication: An email will be sent to all registered volunteers prior to the event, providing essential information on how to engage and what to communicate.
• Live Local? Free Access to Expo if not attending the conference: Volunteers who commit to at least one hour of booth service will receive free access to the Expo floor for that day, (excludes conference sessions).
