Women in the Housing & Real Estate Ecosystem (NAWRB) is pleased to announce that nominations are open for the exclusive 2022 NAWRB Leadership Awards! ??The awards will honor 15 dynamic Executive Women Leaders in the greater housing & real estate ecosystem whose talent and generosity radiate in everything they do. Winners will receive their awards during the 2022 NAWRB Symposium Gala, “Women’s Rings of Leadership” on November 17th, 2022, at 7:00 pm, at the Resort of Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley, California.

Women’s Rings of Leadership?
This year’s theme is “Women’s Rings of Leadership” demonstrating the interconnectivity of women leaders in every sphere. These rings represent the three pillars of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental. The rings of leadership are strengthened when practiced alongside NAWRB’s Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council (NDILC) Twelve Women Leadership Principles. The NDILC collectively created this set of 12 principles to help women become more effective leaders and empower other women to reach their full potential.??

The color gold emphasizes the myriad of currencies existing in the ecosystem. While money is a form of currency, there are also currencies of health and relationships. What is the currency of health? Time, trust, and data all play a role. Wear your favorite gold outfit to demonstrate these many types of currencies.
