Call me if and only if…

If you need somebody that is writing emails, presentations and reports with AI… don’t call me.

If you need a boss that just delegates instead of getting his hands dirty along and by the side of his people… don’t call me.

If you need a manger that talks a lot, especially before having produced anything real… don’t call me.

If you need a supplier that executes blueprints, plans and orders to the letter… don’t call me.

If you need a worker that plays according to politics and power games… don’t call me.

If you think that learning every day something new is distracting from your focus… or that hot water cannot be reinvented in a different way… don’t call me.

If you believe that a drawing can't be done by pencil and paper and a useful prototype must be done with 3D printing... don't call me.

If you are worried that I could continue working on evenings and weekends to meet a deadline that the rest of your team has already lazily postponed deeming it unrealistic… don’t call me.

If you are scared knowing that I have personally written successful proposals for millions of dollars, written all my contracts, negotiated, started and exited joint ventures for my company… don’t call me.

If you think that having created some of the most innovative and pioneering satellites from scratch with a limited budget, in a foreign country and with a team of fresh grad engineers makes me unable to understand your product… don’t call me.

If you think that being able to personally design and produce satellites, precision mechanics, antennas, high resolution optical payloads, attitude control systems, embedded systems, turbo-machines, steam engines, special instruments and high voltage electronics, supersonic microfluidic devices, and more … if that makes you unable to understand what I can do for you… don’t call me.

If you believe that being an entrepreneur for over 20 years in the R&D of Space and Industry makes me too independently minded for joining your team… don’t call me.

If you think that having literally lived and worked in half of the World, having employed and enjoyed working together with people of a dozen different cultures, colors, religions (and none of them), languages, ages and perhaps even (more than 2) genders… makes me too extreme to understand your small local reality… don’t call me.

If you don’t believe that the only two things that matter are “achieving the agreed targets in the agreed time and with the agreed efforts” and “working in an harmonious environment with people that enjoy their job”… don’t call me.

And lastly, if you expect me to join endless business meetings or skipping my regular 10km jogging lunch break for one of them… don’t call me.
