Call for expressions of interest

GIZ Office Tirana seeks for:

A Company for event management which includes event concept and implementation.

For this purpose, GIZ Office Tirana invites legal entity/companies with experience in event management and visual design for events, to express their interest in the below mentioned services:

· Event concept and management (in person, hybrid and online)

· Graphic design for events

· Event implementation

· Social media for events

· Video for event documentation purposes

· Photography for event documentation purposes

Eligibility criteria

· The legal entity shall have an average annual turnover of at least 250.000 EUR for the last three financial years.

· The legal entity shall have an average of fifteen employees and managers for the past three calendar years.

· The legal entity shall be experienced in event management projects (with a minimum budget of 150.000 EUR).

· The legal entity shall have proven experience in at least 5 reference projects in the technical event concept and implementation in the last three years

· The legal entity shall have proven experience in at least 2 reference projects with international donors in the last three years

Contract duration is one year, with possibility of extension of up to 3 years.
