Encouraged by the positive feedback from the participants and audience in both SHOWCASE! I & II, the RIBA HK Chapter, again in collaboration with BCI Asia, will be presenting the Third Edition of SHOWCASE! as part of the Creative Hub's program in EQUINOX Hong Kong on 23rd March.
If you enjoyed our "SHOWCASE!" event, then don't miss the chance to be one of the speakers this time! SHOWCASE III is now Calling for Entries for speakers.
With ARCHI VISION as the theme of SHOWCASE! - III, we would like to hear about your VISION on future of architecture. Amidst the constant changing climate of uncertainty in both local and global context (Brexit, One Belt One Road, Make America Great again etc…), what opportunities / challenges are in store for architecture in your vision of the future?
If you are interested to be one of the speakers and share your views with fellow Members and Friends of the RIBA Chapter as well as visitors to EQUINOX HK, please register by emailing [email protected] with you details and a brief synopsis of your proposed presentation, before midnight on Sunday 11th March.
Suggested contents for your six-minute presentation include:
- a project under construction or completed within the last 6 months using cutting edge technology;
- an unbuilt project based on development of existing technologies; or
- a theoretical project envisioning future technological advances.
A maximum of six speakers will be selected from this Call for Entries, which is open to RIBA HK Chapter Members and Friends, with priority given to RIBA Members and emerging practices.
