A call for Aspiring Leaders who want to play their "A" game.

Since 2003, while transitioning from working in fortune 500 and leading multinationals to start my entrepreneurial journey, I have started a side hustle to bring in some cash for living while starting up and pouring in all my savings back then in my startup. I followed my passion in touching people's lives by inspiring and serving leaders from different walks in life to shine, grow, and flourish.

As my startup businesses, grew year after year, and succeeded, and while I was completely immersed in the journey, I stayed attached to my passion and kept enrolling few leaders each year for my leadership coaching practices. In addition to starting in house coaching practice inside my business organisations to my team leaders.

Now, looking back to 17 years of part-time coaching, and to that what started as a side hustle to pay my bills, I feel humbly fulfilled with the positive impact I had on my clients businesses and lives knowing it from their calls and positive feedback and words of sincere appreciation year after year.

Over these 17 years I learned and grew more than I can ever imagine I can, thanks to my clients, the continuous learning from my coaches who taught me, colleagues I learned with and from and grew together over that journy. I have been blessed to learn in the top and world class coaching training institution such as Dale Carnigie Training, The Coaching Training Institute (CTI), Marshal Gold Smith Stake Holder Centred Coaching. I have partnered with, and coached, senior corporate executives, serial entrepreneurs, family business owners, SMEs leaders, NGO leaders, High potential startup entrepreneurs, and public servants.

This month, and as I get certified in the research backed coaching system Certified High Performance Coaching (CHPC) from the leading High Performance Institute to keep learning, growing, be more innovative, up to-date with the latest rigorous & research backed tools, systems, and frameworks to serve better, I was reflecting on this journey while doing my afternoon run today ..and thought to come here in this space and share it with you.
