Despite my extensive experience and qualifications, the job market has been extremely challenging for both individuals and corporations. While there are millions of job opportunities in the US and globally, there are significant talent shortages, skill gaps, lack of hands-on training labs, and limited volunteer opportunities. This has resulted in a hiring gap and an education gap.

The next world is moving towards AI, ML, Ops, and Automation. If you learn these skills, take on talent projects, and volunteer, you can secure your jobs. AI is coming after you, which means AI will replace you if you don't learn it now. Even if you learn prompt engineering, it won't be enough.
