A Call To Action!
I have rarely seen in my 25 years of mortgage lending a more sincere and transparent gathering of team members. I was honored to attend the regional Embrace Home Loans Catalyst in Motion presentation in Frederick. This event, and it was truly an event, was an opportunity to celebrate our success, thank our internal partners, and hear about the exciting upcoming loan products and lending tools that are coming to our retail loan origination team this Fall. I will share more another time the specifics on the new releases, however my purpose here is two-fold; 1) to share about our purpose and 2) to have any qualified lender reach out and hear from me personally why you should join Embrace … and soon!
Embrace Home Loans is in business to provide residential mortgage loans to our clients, help them recognize the dream of home ownership, and improve the lives of those in our community. Internally we strive most for satisfied team members who become raving fans due to our honest, transparent, and accessible management and a corporate culture second to none. Our values state this in way better terms than I have here! Sure we have all of the technology, and more to come. We have the most aggressive loan programs and the coolest marketing team and materials. And the list goes on … however what I experienced yesterday was special and unique on many levels, both personal and professional.
The picture above shows (from L to R) Parkes Dibble-Director of Product Innovation, Dennis Hardiman-our CEO and Founder, Jeff McGuiness-Chief Sales Officer, and Claudia Mobilia-SVP of Mortgage Operations. These are four of the most senior leaders of the company and they came to Maryland and our Catalyst event to personally express to us their thanks for all we have accomplished. They shared in a very intimate environment their perception and read on the market, a thorough and completely transparent discussion on pricing and the competitive pressures we are all experiencing today. They shared the financial investment in innovations that we are undertaking right now to help our loan officers have improved resources. They could not have been more clear, they want us to succeed!
So I end this article with a Call To Action! The summer is over, the kids are back in school, Labor Day is behind us, and now is the time to make a life and career decision to join Embrace. I have opportunities for Loan Officers, Sales Managers and even Branch Managers right now. I promise you that based on my own personal experiences, you will be up and running in no time, you will have a committed transition team to help with on-boarding, training, licensing and marketing, and it is a decision you will not regret.
