Here are some extra suggestions to consider when creating your abstract:

Use the Abstract vs. Summary boxes on the Submission Form to your advantage. We added more instructions to the submission page this year to make the differences between the boxes more clear, thanks to a terrific suggestion. The summary should be a brief description of your presentation that will be distributed to participants," according to the standards. The abstract should be a more detailed version of your presentation, giving abstract reviewers more information.

Select a topic that is neither too specific nor too general. Members of the audience want to see practical solutions.
