California?has signed no less than five Bills into law in the last couple of days in an attempt to regulate the questionable use of AI?technology.

The five pieces of legislation already passed require online platforms to label or remove fake election content, prohibit the distribution of deceptive content around the election date,?ensure performers retain the rights to their voices and more.?

And now, a new bill is up: the AI Safety Bill. Companies must develop an AI model, which means safety plans that also protect whistleblowers who raise concerns.
