Caledonia Water Alliance Go The Extra Mile in Our Communities

June was a fabulous month for our people who have been nominated by a number of customers impressed with the help and support we have given them.

Several residents from communities across Scotland nominated nine of our people for Scottish Water GEM Awards.

CWA received the accolades from delighted customers as a result of undertaking a number of activities over and above what is required of them.

One customer said, "They explained at length what works they were going to be doing giving clear, concise details and advice. They were exceptionally kind, courteous, and polite; not to mention their fantastic workmanship.?They are a credit to the company”

Another said, "CWA made sure that we knew exactly what was happening at every stage of the project. Nothing was too much bother for them. They were polite and good communicators.”

CWA’s Head of Customer and Communications, Gerry Archibald said, “I’d like to thank the CWA team for their efforts by keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.”
