Calamari and Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 2L of sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp dill
- ? cup garlic puree
- ? cup lemon juice
- 1 large grated cucumber
- ? cup flour
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1-2lbs squid tubes, cleaned
- ? cup green onions
- ? cup red onions
Sauce:
- Take the 2L of sour cream and add salt, dill, garlic puree, lemon juice and grated cucumber
- Let the sauce sit overnight in the fridge
Calamari:
- In a bowl, add flour, seasoning salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Cut the ends off of the squid tubes and slice into rings
- Mix the rings in the flour mixture and deep fry between anywhere from 90 seconds to 2 minutes
- When done, throw some chopped green and red onion on top alongside the sauce you made
