Cakes from Sunninghill Spar on Maxwell Drive are Inedible

@chrishajimarkos @lewishamilton @maxverstappen@valteribottas@Spar@fasa To Everyone considering buying a personalised cake from Spar at Sunninghill on Maxwell Drive, please note the cake is lovely but the cover or the picture on the cake is inedible and resulted in my nephews make up 6 year old birthday due to the fact he had Covid being completely ruined as he could not eat the top of the cake and celebrate his birthday with enjoying the idols and he ended up crying. When I peeled the picture off and returned it to them they were not willing to assist and offer a quality product or a refund, I had to speak to 3 managers Paul, Tommy and Chris the owner of 2 Spars. Chis's response was horrible and he was clearly not interested in assisting to fix the problem or acknowledge the fact that we could not eat the picture on the cake. Please see their promise below:

This service is unacceptable and the disappointment for a child breaks my heart. They clearly do not live up to their promise.
