CAK Happenings

As fall is upon us, we have begun preparations for the 'white stuff' while continuing to deliver unmatched service with the tireless contributions of staff members such as Dakoda Rouse. Dakoda exemplifies our core values, including safety and accountability. CAK staff are also out in the community promoting the Airport's partnerships with local businesses, while identifying opportunities for additional air service. One of our important CAK collaborators that shines with external relations is Joyce Miller DeMio .

As Corporate Relations Manager, Joyce works closely with carrier partners, corporations, chambers of commerce, convention and visitor bureaus, travel management companies, and other local organizations to support air service initiatives. Joyce is a self-described aviation geek at heart and has been in the industry her entire career.

Outside of work, you’ll find Joyce spending time with family, exercising, reading, or traveling abroad.

CAK's Not-So-Scary Trick or Treat?

Enjoy FREE admission to a safe trick-or-treating alternative presented by Akron Children's and Castle Aviation, Inc. at Akron-Canton Airport. Our Not-So-Scary Trick or Treat event will be held on October 31st from 6-8pm inside the terminal (pre-security).?

Make sure to wear your most creative costume to collect candies, sweets, and delightful treats. You'll find not-so-creepy crafts, Touch-a-Truck, and several festive photo opportunities as you make your way through the terminal.
