This year’s conference brought together Fire, Police and Ambulance Services to explore the value of GIS and web mapping for emergency service spatial analysis. Location intelligence professionals from Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Ireland joined us in Birmingham to receive an update on the latest GIS, data modelling, and cloud projects. This included a presentation from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service on how they use Cadcorp software, alongside the National Fire Chiefs Council methodology, to build a fire risk model.
