CADAF is almost there!

While?echoes from the traditional art market ?say that 2022 will be the biggest selling year in history, we already know for sure that investments in Art+Tech startups in H1 2022 have already surpassed all other years in history.

Fuelarts has published its?report ?dedicated to H1 2022. So, the question arises –?what was happening with investments in Art+Tech sector since June??

Over the past 4 months (July-October), the total investment in 88 Art+Tech startups amounted to $409 million. Of these 88 startups, 9 have previously received investments in H1 2022, meaning that these startups have received a second round of investments in less than a year! The average check per round was $4.6 million, and the median check (a more accurate assessment of the market as a whole) was $2.0 million.

In recent months, bets have been placed not on existing whales, but on future unicorns. Overall, we see that despite the bear market, the Art+Tech sector is active and is highly supported throughout this year.?
