The new XR solution from CADIT is a real game changer. It solves one of the most persistent problems in the XR world, that of Scalability.? To date One of the main challenges facing the scale adoption of XR, has been linking the creation of content in a flexible, sustainable and efficient manner with the display of that content. CAD-IT Have addressed this by linking the presentation of 3-D data in XR with the content created. They do this by using the already available, tried and tested content creation tools from Cortona3D called RapidAuthor, and have innovatively added their fabrication engine to take the content without further editing, and rendering it in AR on the factory floor. This is now enables customers to take their existing content that they have created using RapidManual, and reuse it in AR directly.?This now means that the AR content can be change managed and aligned with the customers design documentation, then updated on the fly to reflect the latest status of the product or service on offer, Without the need to re-edit the content.?
