As the leading telecommunications provider in The Bahamas, Cable Bahamas & ALIV sent a delegation of team members to the conference, which was also attended by many government and private sector stakeholders. Prime Minister Philip Edward Davis MP KC emphasized the importance of technology literacy in the Caribbean, stating, “By promoting technology literacy across the Caribbean, we can ensure that our people are not left behind in this digital age. We can create a region where everyone has the tools and knowledge to thrive, driving both social and economic progress.”

At the conference, the ALIV team showcased ALIV’s Ring Channel Partner Program. As the official Ring distributor, the company extended invitations to retailers, wholesalers, and telecom operators to partner. The Ring Channel Partner Program offers an opportunity to join a network that’s revolutionizing the consumer electronics landscape across the Caribbean.

Cable Bahamas Group President & CEO, Franklyn Butler II, participated in the CEO’s Forum panel, offering insights on the ever-changing landscape of technology and innovation. He also announced that Cable Bahamas will host a regional Cyber Security conference this fall in Nassau, Bahamas. The conference will bring together local, regional, and international Cyber Security experts, as well as business partners, to discuss how we can collaborate and continue to prepare for a safe and secure digital world.
