Upgraded for EVs

Fast forward to 2025. My little dream getaway has morphed into a much more secluded location powered solely by renewable, most of which would be solar. Of course, it has the requisite EV charger with 10kW minimum output. More than needed for our Towncar (the 2013 Nissan LEAF) but just right for say a Tesla as Canoo has thrown in the towel.

P.S. Did you know in a past life I was an innkeeper for a quaint 8-unit picturesque Inn on a ridge in the woods? The word of mouth was so good it enjoyed over 90% occupancy most of the year. Honest.
