At this point, using what you’ve learned in the previous articles in this series, determine whether or not you need to replace your hiring team’s existing tech stack or add a top-of-funnel platform to accompany what they already have in place.
While the thought of onboarding HR and the cost associated with ‘just another hiring tool’ can seem daunting, remember that some tools have little to no time in the learning curve and that an additional cost for such tools is an investment in operational efficiency.
Some recruiting platforms allow users to centralize HR tech by integrating with the most popular platforms your hiring team is already using, giving them one place to manage most, if not all, of their recruiting requirements.
