The C-Suite Academy Launches

With the establishment of The C-Suite, Winmark, has developed a unique one day C-Suite Academy. The purpose of the academy is to enable Directors and prospective Directors to:

1.     Better understand the workings and unique characteristics of Boards

2.     Develop more effective relationships with the Board

3.     Improve their performance within the Board environment

4.     Achieve better assessments and decisions with the Board

It is a highly interactive day course and the dates and module descriptions are below:

AM: Board Performance & Characteristics

Starts with a case study and then looks at high performing boards, their different elements and assessments and expectations. It has a particular focus on the people elements of Boards.

PM: Board Processes, Conflict & Changes

The afternoon starts by looking at board processes and operations and then moves on to power and influence. The day then addresses culture, conflict and making changes. The day concludes with personal action plans.
