I’m pleased to advise that the Combined Authority are making available further project grant support funding totalling ￡100K for established Community Homes groups across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough: https://cambridgeshirepeterborough-ca.gov.uk/news/combined-authority-board-approves-100000-for-community-led-housing/ The money is available to claim, specifically to support the delivery through the pre-devt process for community Housing schemes. The funding is additional to funds the Combined Authority already offers in the form of start-up grants of up to ￡5K to aspiring Community Homes groups.
