It was over an early evening Negroni in Berlin's Soho House bar in 2009 when we first met this charismatic, stylish Italian guy (did you ever know one that is not). We got chatting and it turned out that the Italian,?Aldo,?was?the owner of a couple of family hotels in Puglia, one of which was right up our style street.?

Twelve years on and this white-washed favourite still captures the essence of being in love with Puglia. I've been there a couple of times and always manage to get lost in gorgeously old Ostuni, I find a quiet spot on?the coast just for me and I dine on some amazingly good foods, which?as you can imagine?from this agricultural corner of the Adriatic, marry the best of the coast and land.?
