Although people are cautioning about?"Stochastic Parrots", but these intelligent parrots (ChatGPT, Bard) are appearing to be gaining importance. Lets have a quick view about one of the Parrot.
ChatGPT is destined to turbocharge service providers with its intelligence that will offer trusted advice and planning on the range of service offerings across sectors. Already there is boundaryless information flow is observed across sectors. With the intelligence of ChatGPT it is going to grow multi-fold.
In this article, we will be discussing the OpenAI platform and how businesses can use its features for growth and Sustenance. ?

ChatGPT is a language model developed by OpenAI that can generate human-like text. It is trained on a large dataset of written text, and can be fine-tuned for a variety of tasks such as language translation, question answering, and text completion.
Humans are still needed??
You might be wondering from my first statement that ChatGPT is built to offer assistance to the service providers, yes correct. I still believe, Human intelligence can't be replaced with a Machine offered intelligence. But it can augment /support the human intelligence with appropriate information.
Although ChatGPT is an advanced language model which is getting trained as we read this article, it is not perfected yet. It is still getting trained to understand and interpret meaning in the same way that a human would. It may not be able to generate text or response in a completely creative original way as it is relying on the patterns of the trained data (supervised /un-supervised). It can't understand the way humans understand the context and it doesn't have humanly intuition.
But we should accept the fact that still some human doesn't have common sense :-). ChatGPT is specifically tailored for ChatBot applications. But it has intelligence to use beyond Chat, especially on the data analytics, reporting, research, drafting and business intelligence area.?Recently OpenAI did release it commercial versions with which community support and augmented capabilities can be obtained.?
ChatGPT is built using Transformer Architecture
The Transformer architecture is a neural network architecture that was introduced in a 2017 paper by Google researchers, "Attention Is All You Need." It is primarily used in natural language processing tasks, such as machine translation, and has been shown to be highly effective. The key innovation of the Transformer architecture is the?use of self-attention mechanisms, which allow the model to weigh the importance of different parts of the input when making predictions. This allows the model to better handle variable-length input and output sequences and to capture long-range dependencies in the data.?
Because of the transformer architecture, ChatGPT understands the Query Inputs from different parts of the sentence and collates information from relevant sources and offers instant solutions and summaries.
My opinion is, users will get appropriate answers from ChatGPT only when the right set of questions , prompts and use cases/scenarios are thrown at it. It demands human intelligence to ask creative, context-aware, relevant, inter-related questions to get matching answers from ChatGPT. It is built to push human's up the chain to handle higher functions and grab lower functions which demand mundane tasks, relative answers to AI Tools / platforms .
Currently ChatGPT is fed with data intelligence till year 2021. It has both Supervised and unsupervised learning abilities.

I see below ones are the probable set of use cases in which ChatGPT can be used. As ChatGPT is equipped with Context-aware , relevant responses, it can be of greater use across various business scenarios.

Text generation: Considering its capability to generate new text based on a prompt, This can be used for creative writing, language translation, summarization, and more.
Question answering: With its large data corpus and the contextualized information feed, it can be trained to answer questions based on information from a large text corpus. This can be useful in areas such as customer support, research, productive discussions and education.
Sentiment analysis: Can be fine-tuned to perform sentiment analysis on text, allowing it to classify text as positive, negative, or neutral against the specific business content / context.

However, I feel that the platform is currently lacking in terms of empathy, risk awareness, and honest opinions.
