C-19 Rebound

Do you believe this pandemic has changed the way we live, beyond "controlling" the disease? People talk and commercially exploit the term "new normal", yet the most important changes might be within ourselves, as we evolved in our virtual "cocoons" into stronger, more profound, and better human beings.
Our strength continues to grow, as we overcome scarcity and fear, while media continues to bombard us with news that appear to be less dramatic everyday. Humanity is getting ripe for a new rebound, after we overcome this experience of unimaginable proportions.
For many, this hardship has evolved important characteristics, such as patience, kindness, and self-control; for others, not so much. In any case, it seems that is less common to encounter those to the verge of emotional freneticism, because somebody was driving 5 miles under the speed limit.
Although lines are longer, people appear to be more understanding, as they wait 6 feet apart from each other in line. After all, sticking to the demanding program has become a matter of life and death for most.
So next time we feel impatience, anxiety, or fear in this pandemic, we should continue to focus on evolving into better version of ourselves, striving to nourish and harvest characteristics, which should become the core of humanity's "new normal."
