Its been a great journey for us at Philtronics. I knew from participating last year the sleep out is a fantastic opportunity to bond with your colleagues, whilst networking with people and businesses, but even I have been surprised at how positive this has been. Staff engagement has been amazing, giving us a Philtronics team of 13 sleeping out. What has been great to see is staff members that can't sleep out have also contributed. 2 staff members have knitted us Philtronics team scarfs! We have a fantastic raffle going, bake sales, staff 10k tough runner to name a few. Get involved anyway you can, you can make a difference. Behind the homelessness statistics is a real person with their own story to tell. Through the money raised with Byte Night, we can help them be heard and reach the support that they need; by providing essential support, accommodation, education and training. Part of the money raised will go direct to our region via Ospreys in the Community. Please get involved.
