'Overstimulated' is the biggest vibe of the holiday season, with searches for the word hitting record highs in the US this month and content flooding our FYPs. ?? Let’s face it – family reunions during the holidays aren’t always as 'zen' as we’d hope. ?? With all the noise, chaos, and endless chatter, it’s no surprise that everyone’s going a little nuts. ??

?? As the TikTok ban looms, brands are preparing for two scenarios in January: one with TikTok and one without. ?? Some are going full throttle with planned campaigns, making the most of the platform before any changes. Others are diversifying, testing Instagram, YouTube Reels, or building email lists to stay connected post-ban. ?? Either way, brands are covering all bases!

?? Did you know we can predict the future? Just kidding ?? – but we did run a study on the top trends of 2025, and the results are in! Southeast Asians are planning to spend more on food (68%) ??? and less on fashion and beauty (35%) ????. The region will also be prioritizing sleep quality, physical fitness, and mental wellness, with 1 in 3 planning to take up running next year! ?? Talk about a running boom! ???

?? Our recent study found that 1 in 4 Southeast Asians believe AI-generated digital ads feel more authentic. However, AI's influence isn’t without controversy. Coca-Cola’s 'Holidays Are Coming' ad received both love and hate, with critics saying AI stripped the warmth from the holiday classic. ?? Despite this, businesses like Nike are leveraging AI to enhance consumer experiences, streamline supply chains, and fuel product innovation, showing that while AI isn’t a hit for everyone, it’s still a powerful tool for brands. ?????
