Working with our long-term architectural design partners,?ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, in the creation of bespoke landscape experiences on the Bvlgari Island in Dubai, we designed an exclusive Mediterranean-influenced garden that expresses a timeless and elegant simplicity and extends the island’s ‘Mediterranean Village’ design theme. This rarefied architectural signature seamlessly continues into the landscape where residents can walk through the Italian gardens to find secluded nooks and pockets from which the endless horizon views can be enjoyed in privacy. Maintaining the informal luxury throughout, a connecting pathway meanders past flexible event lawns and verdant seating terraces to a 50m long iconic pool with uninterrupted views of the sun setting over the Gulf – all the while maintaining the feel of exclusivity of the gardens for each resident, extending their home and private space. Materiality and detailing is crisp and minimal, carefully controlled through rigorous design standards that result in each element exuding quality and style, subtle calming colour and inviting tactile experiences. Residents can lose themselves in this jewel-like paradise garden that provides space for refined relaxation and reflection, offering a living experience that mirrors the Bvlgari values of unrivalled craftsmanship, thoughtful precision, and timeless elegance.
