BVG Yoddhas: The Backbone of Our Success!

It is with great pleasure that I present to you the latest edition of our newsletter, a platform I hope continues to offer you insightful and valuable content. Over the past editions, we have journeyed together through the genesis of my entrepreneurial venture, my life prior to it, our inaugural project, and the subsequent growth. Today, I turn the spotlight towards the unsung heroes of our organization, our dedicated workforce, fondly referred to as "Yoddha" at BVG India.

BVG India is the realization of my dream, that materialized into reality, owes its existence to the collective efforts of every individual who has been a part of this journey. From a humble beginning with just eight workers, we have grown into a robust family of approximately 72,000 workers, with women constituting a significant 25% of our workforce.

You can notice our BVG Yoddhas are working around you, silently and diligently working to ensure the smooth functioning of countless essential tasks. When you dispose of your home garbage in a bin outside your house, a BVG Yoddha immediately takes charge, transporting the waste to a recycling plant to create an environment-friendly outcome. At malls, you'll find our Yoddhas meticulously maintaining the cleanliness of floors and food courts. Moreover, in public washrooms, our Yoddhas ensure a sanitized and hygienic environment for your convenience. When you travel on Indian railways, BVG Yoddhas are the unseen hands that keep Indian Railways clean, providing you with a pristine travel experience. Their presence extends to airports, hospitals, and various other establishments, where they play diverse roles, not limited to housekeeping staff. BVG Yoddhas can be found in the capacities of nurturing nurses, attending to patients, and skilled doctors serving in ambulances during critical moments of need.

Our Yoddhas embody values such as honesty, readiness, integrity, and moral correctness, attributes that have earned us numerous accolades from our satisfied customers. As a source of immense pride, I often receive calls from people who express their gratitude when our BVG staff discovers and dutifully deposits lost gold ornaments, cash, or other valuables in the lost and found department at airports. Countless times, we have been informed of our staff's exceptional acts of returning found items to their rightful owners within society. Such conduct exemplifies the true spirit of Bharat Vikas Group.

The smooth operation of any organization is heavily reliant on the diligence and commitment of its ground-level workers. While strategic decisions may be made in boardrooms, they are fundamentally based on feedback from the ground level. Moreover, the implementation of these decisions occurs at the ground level, underscoring the importance of having a dedicated team that upholds the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
