It was difficult but Filmworkz rounded up the most exciting women in post production today for International Women's Day. Often overlooked, the women behind the camera are making waves in the industry alongside the familiar faces on screen, and we wanted to thank them for all their invaluable work.

VIVA LAS VEGAS

Our very own Daniel Broch and Master Trainer Fabio Bedoya will be at this year's NAB show in Las Vegas to talk all things Filmworkz, demo Loki 2.1, and to launch something very exciting at the Adobe stand... Make sure you swing by to say hi and check out the latest in post-production.

Later this month, we'll be showcasing Filmworkz's finest in Las Vegas at the upcoming NAB show, where we hope to see some familiar faces and meet new ones too. If you're heading over, make sure you drop by! We're also starting to gear up for MPTS in London next month, for which we will announce more details in the upcoming weeks.

Our resident Product Manager Gustavo Mendes?hosted a demo of Loki 2.1 in action on the 5th of April at 16:00 GMT to show you how to speed up your workflows and let you get on with Creating Incredible. You can check out this Incredible demo on our YouTube channel, where you'll also find many other demos and 'How To' Videos.

April is set to be a month of blockbusters, with the controversial biopic of Amy Winehouse's life, Back to Black, leading the way. For something a little more light hearted, we'd recommend Wicked Little Letters, with Olivia Coleman at the helm and supported by Saltburn's Jessie Buckley (if you missed it, we interviewed the film's art department over on Filmtalkz!). Challengers, starring Zendaya and Josh O'Connor directed by Luca Guadagnino, is also highly anticipated by film critics - you can find out what we think on all the latest releases over on our Letterboxd...

I don't really know how I can describe The Lobster (2015), it's just one of those films that you have to watch; and one that'll haunt you long after you've seen it unfold. So, my question is, what animal would you want to be? - Jon
