Buy/Sell Financial Programs vs Ping Financial Programs

To begin with, it’s important to mention that since many years ago there’s much confusion about these two programs.

This is due to the fact that there’s much fraud, and also that many incompetent middlemen and scammers are involved in both programs.

Now let’s see the differences, positives, and negatives of the two programs.

? What are Ping Financial Programs?

? Basically, real Ping Financial Programs -also known as Ping Trade Programs, and Pings- are usually structured by seasoned Stock Market Traders who set up operational companies known as Platforms.

? When Pings are for real, HNWIs (the rich) make millions -risk-free- with Platforms.

? Real Pings run for as short as a few days -sometimes even a few hours- and for as long as weeks.

? Real Pings are operated by seasoned Traders on the basis of non-financial products and financial instruments such as Bank Guarantees (BG), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Medium-Term Notes (MTN), Bonds, U.S. Treasuries, Sovereign-debt Bonds, Currencies, Commodities, etc.

? When instruments and non-instruments are wisely traded by Traders, all of them generate huge returns for Traders, HNWIs, and all other parties directly and indirectly involved.

? Most real Platforms require to accepted HNWIs to have a minimum of 10 million USD or EUR, banked.

? Depending on each real Platform, the maximum an accepted HNWI may invest -initially- is tens of millions of USD or EUR.

? In extremely rare situations real Platforms allow accepted HNWIs to get started with hundreds of millions, or billions.

? Real Platforms are pretty stringent in their acceptance of new HNWIs. They require from them their CIS, KYC, POF, etc.

? Real Platforms never block the HNWIs’ bank accounts.

? Usually, real Platforms require the accepted HNWIs’ investment money to be banked at First-World bank accounts.

? As for profits paid to HNWIs by real Platforms, they may be as high as 500%, gross.

? However, once a very big chunk of the profits is deducted -in order to pay the Traders, the real Platforms, and all the non-HNWI parties involved- the net profit to the HNWIs is cut down to less than 90%.

? One of the limitations imposed by real Platforms is that the accepted HNWIs may rollover (re-enter) a maximum of 3 times to the same Ping operation.

How to avoid entering in fraudulent Platforms and Traders

? As of 2023, only 4 out of 10 Pings are real. The remaining 6 are scams.

? The safest way to avoid entering in fraudulent Platforms and with scam Traders is by doing the following:

? 1st.- Ask the Platform to meet in person with the Trader in charge of your Ping operation.

? 2nd.- Go to the meeting with your securities lawyer. If you don’t have it, then hire one. The securities lawyer must have at least 15 years of proven experience, and no complaints and/or lawsuits by past clients.

Remarks: The Bar Associations -in which securities lawyers are registered, as well as all lawyers- can disclose to people -for free- all the complaints and lawsuits filed against securities lawyers, or against any other lawyers.

? 3rd.- Ask the Trader to show you -and your securities lawyer- his license to operate at the Stock Exchange/s he uses for operating his Pings, and all other securities operations. The Trader must have at least 10 years of continuous experience in securities trading.

? 4th.- Check the Trader’s financial license and the Platform’s registration and license with the national Financial Services Authorities of the country/ies the Trader and Platform operate in.

? 5th.- If the Trader refuses to meet with you and your securities lawyer, or to give you his license, and the Platform’s pertinent registration and license, that’s a clear evidence that the Trader and the Platform are a scam.

? Should the Trader and the Platform be a scam, the client and his securities lawyer should immediately report them to the national Financial Services Authorities, to the local police, to Interpol, and to the FBI; this last one in case the Trader and the Platform operate in the U.S.

? What are Buy/Sell Financial Programs (wrongly called Private Placement Programs, or PPP)?

? Buy/Sell Programs -BSPs- are different from Pings.

Here’s why:

? BSPs were developed in Western Europe (currently, the European Union, EU) decades ago.

? BSPs are only for UHNWIs (the billionaires), Family Offices, multinationals, governments, and other types of very top-level investors.

? BSPs are fraud-free, always.

? BSPs are always conducted through Euroclear -a European entity located in Brussels, Belgium- which is supervised by the European Central Bank (ECB).

? BSPs are operated in €uros by financial entities being licensed by the Financial Services Authorities of their countries, and also by Euroclear.

? Since many years ago, there are only 20 licensed entities in the world. They are highly-skilled at structuring BSPs.

? All 20 are located in First-World countries.

? Most of the 20 have an experience of more than 20 years in structuring BSPs. Some of the 20 have more than 30 years doing them.

? Among other requirements, 100 million €uros -banked- are needed to be invited (accepted) by any of the 20 entities into their BSPs.

? BSPs are 100%-liquid operations. Therefore, nothing else but a minimum of 100 million €uros is accepted by any of the 20 entities.

? Every year, each of the 20 entities buy many billions of €uros worth of financial instruments, at deep discounts off their face values. They buy them from the world’s 25 largest banks located in the First World, and also from top-quality, financial-instrument licensed providers.

? This type of providers never sell their top-quality financial instruments to large companies, elite investors, and Stock Market Traders.

? When being accepted to BSPs, the very top-level (UHNWIs and the other types I mentioned above) investors’ investment money remains always at their personal or corporate accounts.

? Their money cannot be blocked by any of the 20 entities, nor it can be used as collateral by them, either.

? Under financial operations regulations of the EU -enforced by the ECB- Euroclear requires the investors’ investment money to remain in their accounts for as long as each BSP is running, which is always for 12 consecutive months, every year.

? Should the investors decide to transfer their 100 million €uros -or a part of them- out of their accounts during the BSPs’ running periods, any of the 20 entities will cancel the violating investors, blacklist them, and banned them for life to enter any of the 20 entities’ BSPs.

? The net monthly profit to each investor is at least 70%.

? Monthly profits are prorated to every week at 17.5% net profit (70% each month divided by each week of each month = 17.5%).

? The 17.5% net profit is transferred every Friday by any of the 20 entities to each investor’s bank account anywhere in the First World.

? 100 million €uros (the minimum investment amount required by any of the 20 entities) gets a monthly net profit to each investor of 70 million €uros (70% a month).

? 70 million by 12 consecutive months is 840 million €uros, net, a year, with no compounding (accumulating) -week on week- by each investor of a part of his weekly profits.

? If the investor compounds each week a part of his weekly profits, then the annual net profit is well over 1 billion €uros, in the first year, and much higher than that amount, year on year.

? Rollovers (re-entries) are endless. Therefore, investors may be rollovering for decades, if they choose so.

- To end and sum it all up, let me say that:

? Real Pings are profitable to HNWIs, among other types of high-level investors.

? The negative aspect of Pings is that 6 out of 10 are scams.

- As for the BSPs, let me say that:

? The negative aspect is that more that 90% of HNWIs cannot access the BSPs, because the huge liquidity required (a minimum of 100 million €uros) by any of the 20 entities is out of reach to them.

? BSPs are 100% safe, endless rollovers are allowed -year on year- and are much more profitable than Pings.
