Although they further found this was more common practice in the highly competitive markets and the markets where foreign buyers were more apt to purchase.

Orlando rose up the ranks in 2016 to become the #2 destination of choice for Florida’s international homebuyers, according to the National Association of REALTORS’? 2016 Profile of International Homebuyers In Florida. Twelve percent of Florida’s international homebuyers opted to purchase a property in Orlando, up from eight percent in 2015.

What I have been moving towards is an investment in good solid technology which has definitely helped my relocation clients feel as if they were in person versus being located outside of Florida. I take them right along with me on tours of the communities and homes of interest. As far as document exchange it is totally done via online tools. Makes you wonder why this wasn't in place sooner.
Since I have always lived in the Orlando area I felt that helping people settle in who are new to the area was a natural fit.
