BUYING IN DALLAS TEXAS (READ)!
I am sending this out to as many of my wholesaling and selling contacts to see if you have any properties in Dallas, TX area.
I have a buyer that wants to buy fix / flip properties in that area that have 22%+ profit after all expenses. They have $75 million that they are putting out there over the next several months.
At least a 3/2, 1,000 SQ FT, Vacant, SFR and not In a "War Zone". No price Minimum/Maximum. All properties will be viewed and evaluated. Needs to be In the Metro Dallas area. (NOT LOOKING IN FORT WORTH PLEASE DO NOT ASK OR SEND).
You MUST be the contract holder, owner, or officially direct...DIRECT to the seller. Contract holder will need to be In the loop as the buyer will be. ABSOLUTELY NO DAISY CHAIN!
POF available and they can close in 10 days after they decide that the property fits their criteria.
I want to get an agreement with you for a JV agreement ( 70 you /30 me split ) as they will more than likely buy several properties from us if you can bring them good deals.
