1 个月Good advice. Here's what I tell people wanting to buy businesses: don't buy it unless you see worthwhile potential, but don't overpay for the potential that you have to realize. And don't nickel and dime sellers trying to get what you think is the best deal unless you want to sit on the sidelines watching smarter buyers pick up worthwhile opportunities. And for those of you who are criticizing brokers for your failure to buy businesses, keep in mind that it is their job to facilitate done deals. Look in the mirror to be sure you're not the reason for brokers ignoring you. (I'm not a broker. Never have been.)
