#3.Purpose of purchase: Commercial owner occupier – freehold property
Budget: $10 million
Location: Mascot to Chatswood - ideally within 1km of a rail station
Building Requirements:
- Commercial Office Building suitable for commercial use.
- Could be a warehouse or the like which can readily transformed into a creative work environment.
- Ideally no more than 3-4 floors
- Ideally between 1,500m2 – 2,000m2 commercial space.
Number of car spaces: Ideally would have in the order of 8 car spaces.If not, then needs to be within close proximity of parking station.
