Buy A Yacht Liveaboard Lifestyle
I never imagined I’d live on a boat, but it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Sure, all but the largest of yachts seem cramped and salty, but that’s not the case at all. In fact, I have all the amenities I need and more. Plus, there’s something really special about living on the water.
Living onboard a ~50-foot motor yacht has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It changes the way you interact with your living space in a positive way. Yacht living positions you at the crux of minimalism and luxury, and it does so in a much more fun way than living on land ever could. Prioritizing possessions is a must; only the essential clothes, tools, and toys can fit. There are no walk-in closets on the yacht (unless you have an obscenely large one). Living without all the extra clutter is worth only having easy access to some of your stuff.
Liveaboard Lifestyle
However, the liveaboard lifestyle isn’t just about streamlining your material possessions. Doing that allows you to live in a place where adventure lies just outside the marina, where you can fall asleep to the sound of the water lapping against the hull, where you can enjoy a drink while fishing off the bow. On the weekend it’s simple to cast off and cruise around the bay or anchor in the ocean, allowing you to swim, fish, dive, or just take in the sun and the sea breeze. What landlocked homeowner could say that he took his home out on the water for the day?
Oceanfront property costs a premium, but living on the water is achievable, and in my opinion much more fun, an option for the aquatic soul. If you truly love the water, the liveaboard lifestyle is for you.
Dubai – just the name conjures up images of sun-kissed swells in the bay, palm trees lazily blowing in the breeze, and the slightly salty smell of ocean air. With sunny skies year-round and plenty of water to explore, what better city could there be to own a yacht in?

The city is famous for its gorgeous weather, with an average temperature of between 60-70 degrees year-round. It rarely rains, and it’s never humid. Imagine waking up to the warm sunshine pouring through a porthole, smelling the salt in the air, and knowing that today, just like every other day, is the perfect day to spend on a yacht.
