The reality of course is that this is often the last piece of the jigsaw and that behind that fleeting moment when we decide to buy or not to buy is a myriad of logistics and people making things happen… an unseen team of customer service professionals ensuring the things you need are there when you want them.
Which makes today a very exciting day indeed – the first official day of Customer Services UK at Fentimans. A brilliant team of people, based in the Hexham office, geared up for growth and focussed on the continued delivery of an outstanding product born in the North East of England. With an eye to the future, we’ve created new customer service quality standards, introduced a heap of new processes, improved our management information, clarified our offer, reviewed our supplier relationships and costs and looked at how best to add value to those who buy from us.
All of which means there’ll continue to be Rose Lemonade, Curiosity Cola, Connoisseurs Tonic Water or any of the other amazing flavours you might fancy on the shelf or behind the bar when you need it.
