BUY A MR. C-BRANDED HOME FOR $5M, GET COMPLIMENTARY CHAUFFEUR SERVICE

Guests at the swanky Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel will soon have the opportunity to extend their stays indefinitely. Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani, heirs to the Cipriani hospitality empire, have announced the completion of five single-family homes immediately adjacent to the hotel.

Now available for purchase, the four-story structures will come with access to the many amenities enjoyed by hotel guests, including the pool, spa, fitness center, and even housekeeping services. Additionally, owners can be shuttled around through a complimentary chauffeur service and will even be able to rent the residence back to the hotel when they're not around.

Needless to say, the five homes are expensive. Ranging from 1,990 to 3,358 square feet in size, they'll be listed for between $5 million and $8 million.

Such a project seems custom built for foreign investors, and, indeed, developer Bob Ghassemieh says the homes are designed to appeal to "owners looking for a second home or a place to call their own during trips to Los Angeles."

The homes were designed by influential residential architect Ray Kappe in a contemporary style full of clean lines and natural light. The interior design by Marcello Pozzi is meant to match the hotel's modern Italian aesthetic.

Each residence includes two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private elevator, hot tub, and multiple outdoor spaces.

This is the first expansion of Mr. C Beverly Hills (which is actually located in Pico-Robertson) since the hotel opened in 2011 as the first—and, so far, the only—hotel branded with the Cipriani name.

The light-filled four-story homes were designed by architect Ray Kappe.
