Mortgage interest rates are extremely low.

It is time to buy a house so that you can take advantage of this great situation.

Take a look at these rates:

Conventional 30 year fixed rate: 3.625%

For a mortgage of $250,000 the principal and interest for the monthly mortgage payment would be $1,140.

Even when you add taxes and insurance the mortgage payment would be far lower than renting an equivalent house.

Consider the house in the picture which is under $200,000.
