  • Danube Properties: Achieved a 6.9% share, with notable sales at Bayz 101 in Business Bay, Sportz in Dubai Sports City, and Diamondz in JLT Embankment.
  • Sobha Group: Secured third place with a 6.5% share, as reported by Property Monitor.
  • ValuStrat Report: Recognized Emaar, Damac, Danube, and Nakheel as top performers in developer sales last month.

Upcoming Deliveries

Dubai saw the completion of 12,900 apartments and 3,925 villas in the first half of 2024, with an additional 20,000 apartments and 5,000 villas anticipated by the end of the year.

Statement from the DLD

Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the Dubai Land Department, emphasized that this agreement will "provide greater protection for investor rights, streamline procedures, and enhance transparency in the real estate sector." He also noted that the DLD will offer training and technical support to developers’ staff to ensure optimal utilization of the system while continuing to monitor transaction quality and verify records for accuracy.
