What’s in store for the future?

We believe that creating a great workplace starts with equipping our employees with the tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives.?

Currently, we put a lot of effort into ensuring ButterflyMX remains a great place to work. Not only do we offer a generous paid time off program of 25 days per year and 13 paid holidays, but we also provide a quarterly self-care stipend that employees can put towards any personal expense. And we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans starting on each employee’s first day.?

And the benefits don’t stop there: We also provide paid family leave, a 401k plan with a match, and access to further optional benefits, including pet insurance, critical illness insurance, and personal liability insurance.?
