Busy Women: 5 easy steps to detox and debloat after a massive holiday weekend

Here is the EXACT protocol I use with my high performing health coaching clients who want to reset, detox, and debloat after a big weekend of drinking and eating a little more than usual...IYKYK...


Here are the fundamental hormone balance tips clients use to reset.


1. Implement the Healthy Hustle 3-2-1 method to get to bed early


Shoot for 10pm bedtime and work your way backward with these critical steps to optimize sleep hormones and improve sleep quality.


What is 3-2-1?

Llast meal 3+ hours before bedtime, no fluids 2 hours before, no blue light or screens 1 hour before.


2. Drink 2 large cups of hot water upon waking


Add a squeeze of lemon/lime and a sprinkle of himalayan sea salt upon waking.

Very detoxifying, very demure, very mindful...

Helps kickstart your liver so you can remove toxins and debloat.


Hydrates the gut and the brain for energy and eliminating waste so your brain is sharp.

3. Have a nutrient dense smoothie for breakfast


Here's a recipe for you - blend up:

1C frozen blueberries

1C frozen spinach

Handful cauliflower florets

2 scoops high quality, organic vanilla protein powder with electrolytes and multivitamin

1-2TBSP nuts/seeds/avocado

3/4-1C of filtered water or almond milk


The antioxidants will give you life and cruciferous veg like cauliflower blends tastelessly into the smoothie and helps detoxify excess hormones and toxins

4. Don't scroll, get outside and walk first thing

This is more important than you think for your hormones and energy!


Avoid scrolling in the first hour after waking and instead throw on a podcast (stay tuned....I've got one coming soon), go outside and get light on your face while you walk for 20-40 mins. No sunglasses so you get sun in your eyes.?


This resets your dopamine center,? helps balance hormones, and reduces cortisol. Also helps reset your circadian rhythm to get you back on a solid sleep schedule


5. Implement the correct nutrition strategy (it's probably not what you think it is....)



These foods are PROBABLY not what you think....I can't tell you how many clients thought they were eating the right things, and were not! And it showed in their results.


They were doing all the things and not losing weight because they didn't consider their hormones.
