One of the the most important pieces of your ‘mindset blueprint’ is what I call:
Your mantra or your ‘Why’.?
Staying present to why you want to change can serve as an endless source of motivation, no matter what life throws at you.?
The more meaningful your reason for wanting to be your healthiest and fittest (e.g. to be around longer for your kids, to restore your self esteem, to avoid medical issues, etc.), the better.
Keeping your motivation high in this way is essential to staying consistent with the other two areas—nutrition and exercise.
Once you’re able to stay consistent with your habits, you have to make sure you’re doing things that work. Especially on the nutrition front.

Nutrition is the area that:?
A lot of people think that when it comes to nutrition, they have to go on a dreaded diet.
Their default strategy is to cut calories, starving themselves, and leading to a slower metabolism. :(?
