A Busy and Creative Week at Kingsley Care Home

This week, the residents at Kingsley enjoyed a variety of enriching activities, designed to engage and bring a sense of accomplishment to our residents.

The week began with a fun gardening session, where residents had the chance to pot the Spider plants they had been nurturing for some time. Getting their hands dirty while contributing to the care home’s greenery

To add a bit of pampering, the team treated the ‘Resident of the Day’ to a refreshing manicure—just one of the many ways we ensure residents feel valued and cared for.

The highlight of the week came straight from our garden, with residents enjoying fresh, homegrown plums, reminding us all of the simple pleasures in life.

Some of the residents got fresh new hairdos, while others tapped into their creative side, painting festive bats in anticipation of Halloween. A cosy knitting session rounded off the week, a much-loved activity by all.
