Busting Boundaries Beyond Belief

??I empower introvert professionals to own their quiet strength, get across, get along, and get ahead in an ever louder world.??
What we believe decisively influences what we get done. And when I say "believe," I don't just mean stray thoughts, but rather what we hold to be true and ???????? strongly about.
You can have all the knowledge and information in the world about sales (for instance), or public speaking, or project management, but if you don't ?????????????? yourself up to the task, then you're not going to plug it into action.
Ultimately, it won't enable you to reliably get your outcomes. If the "power switch" of your beliefs is OFF, then the "light bulb" of your desired results doesn't turn on.??
Of course, you can feel perfectly entitled to you beliefs, even if they don't serve you. And you are! After all, maybe you can remember plenty of events where you didn't get it right, in spite of your best efforts.
That's because our beliefs work like self-fulfilling prophecies. They filter out from your perception any circumstances or opportunities for you to act any other way than according to the preset script of what you hold as true in your heart of hearts.
The good news is, if they don't work for you, then you ?????? ???????????? ????????. In this edition of the newsletter, I will share one method you can do it, by asking yourself pointed questions.

First of all, get clear on what exactly you believe and doesn't benefit you. Note that the most powerful beliefs (for better, or less so) are found at the identity level (they begin with "I am..."). So, changing them will also produce the biggest impact.
It can be something like "I'm trash," "I'm nothing," or "I'm a bunny" (all of these examples that yours truly had to contend with at different times). You know it's the real deal, when it strikes an emotional chord, and you can feel it through your whole body.
Now, for the process to work, as you're thinking of this belief, get in touch with how it ?????????? throughout your whole body. And as you keep doing that, ask yourself the following questions, in order. Make sure to contemplate each of them thoroughly:
? How would you know if this belief were false? ? For whom is this belief not true? ? When was this belief not true for you? ? In what ways do you know that this belief is false now? ? In what ways could the opposite of this belief be true? ? What was the purpose of having this belief? ? What do you want to believe instead? ? How do you know that this is true? ? Whom else do you know, who knows that this is true? ? How many ways in the past have you experienced this being true? ? What are all the positive consequences of you believing that this is true from now on?
How did it go? Share with us in the comments and let's inspire each other!??
