Business unusual

Well, this week is the 21st anniversary of our business. Which now seems completely irrelevant and hardly worth a mention.

But never more so than this week have I been reminded of the value of the colleagues, friends and collaborators we’ve made in the last 20+ years. Some of them in the last few weeks, others for years. I imagine loads of us are feeling the same sense of gratitude, as we’ve all been dodging (or trying to) a relentless rainstorm of slings and arrows.

I’ve received messages from clients we haven’t worked with for more than a decade, just checking in to see how we are which has been really heartwarming. And cake has miraculously appeared in the office, as crisis after crisis has landed.

Collectively, there’s a massive sense of shared purpose from those we’re working alongside, including clients that have asked us to pause for now. Grace, leadership, pragmatism, creativity, friendship and sheer bloody hard work is what our business network is showing us every day. It helps us to do the same.

We’ve thanked some of the clients whose brilliant projects we’ve been working on recently and I’m sharing the ‘thank yous’ we gave them here as a marker of our 21st anniversary.

To everyone that's keeping on and keeping us going too, thank you.

Many congratulations Anita on the 21st birthday of your business. The next few weeks and months will be tough, but we will get through this. Good to see you (at a distance) today BTW.

That’s some achievement Anita. The cultural sector is indebted to you for your understanding and passion to tell its story . Let’s have a virtual chat over next few weeks? Xx
